Terms of Service

Last updated: October 11, 2026

The service

EnglishDictations is a free English dictation practice site run by Yehor Lypskyi, a private individual. You can use it without an account; an account only saves your progress. Using the site means you accept these terms.

Your account

  • Use your own email address and keep your password to yourself.
  • One person, one account. Accounts aren’t for sale or sharing.
  • You can stop using the site at any time, and ask me to delete your account (yehor.lypskyi@gmail.com).

Fair use

Please don’t try to break, overload or get around the site’s limits, access other people’s accounts, or copy the lessons and audio in bulk to republish them. I may suspend accounts that do.

Content

The lessons, audio, texts and design belong to EnglishDictations. You may use them freely for your own learning and teaching; please don’t redistribute them as your own.

No guarantees

The site is provided free and “as is”. I work to keep it accurate and online, but can’t promise it’s always available or error-free, and the level test is a guide, not an official certificate. As far as the law allows, I’m not liable for losses from using the site. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer.

Changes

I may update these terms or change the service; the date above shows the latest version. Personal data is covered by the Privacy Policy.
